  • - 1 bell pepper

  • - 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • - Spices salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, chili
  • - 200ml cream
  • - Fresh basil
  • - Parmesan

  • Heat Olive Oil: Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Cook Ground Meat:Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until it's nicely browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  • Prepare Vegetables:While the meat is cooking, dice the tomato, bell pepper, and onion. Mince the garlic clove.
  • Add Vegetables:Once the meat is browned, add the diced tomato, bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
  • Add Tomato Paste and Spices:Stir in the tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and chili powder (adjust the spices to taste). Cook for another minute to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Cook Gnocchi: Add the gnocchi to the skillet along with the cream. Stir everything together gently to combine.
  • Simmer:*Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 5-7 minutes, or until the gnocchi is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Finish with Basil and Parmesan: Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
