- - 500g Maris Piper potatoes
- - Salt & pepper
- - 1 tsp smoked paprika
- - 1 tsp mixed herbs
- - 1 tsp garlic granules
- - Few sprays of fry light
- - 170g chicken breast
- - 2 tsp chicken seasoning
- - 2 rashers bacon
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - 1 tsp onion granules
- - 150ml single cream
- - 30g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese
- - 30ml water
- - 50g 50% less fat cheese 30g in sauce, 10g each for serving
- - Parsley to garnish optional
Prepare the Potatoes:
- Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
- Season with smoked paprika, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Toss with fry light spray and mix well.
- Place in the air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Make the Sauce:
- In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy.
- Add minced garlic, mixed herbs, and onion granules to the pan.
- Stir in the cream cheese and single cream until well combined.
- Add water and 30g of cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Assemble the Dish:
- Combine the cooked potatoes, chicken, and sauce in a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 20g of cheese on top.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
