Ingredients
  

  • - 500g Maris Piper potatoes
  • - Salt & pepper
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • - 1 tsp garlic granules
  • - Few sprays of fry light
  • - 170g chicken breast
  • - 2 tsp chicken seasoning
  • - 2 rashers bacon
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tsp onion granules
  • - 150ml single cream
  • - 30g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese
  • - 30ml water
  • - 50g 50% less fat cheese 30g in sauce, 10g each for serving
  • - Parsley to garnish optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Potatoes:

  • - Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
  • - Season with smoked paprika, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • - Toss with fry light spray and mix well.
  • - Place in the air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Cook the Chicken:

  • - Season the chicken breast with chicken seasoning.
  • - Cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Make the Sauce:

  • - In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy.
  • - Add minced garlic, mixed herbs, and onion granules to the pan.
  • - Stir in the cream cheese and single cream until well combined.
  • - Add water and 30g of cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Assemble the Dish:

  • - Combine the cooked potatoes, chicken, and sauce in a serving dish.
  • - Sprinkle the remaining 20g of cheese on top.
  • - Garnish with parsley if desired.

Serve:

  • - Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
