Ingredients
  

  • - Fajita bread Quickitas
  • - 500g minced meat
  • - Spices of your choice suggested: salt, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika
  • - Fried tomato sauce
  • - Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven:
  • - Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • Prepare the minced meat:
  • - In a skillet, cook the minced meat over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
  • - Add your preferred spices to the meat. For a balanced flavor, use salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet paprika. Stir well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Assemble the burrito pizza:
  • - Lay out the fajita bread (quickitas) on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • - Spread a generous layer of fried tomato sauce over the fajita bread.
  • - Evenly distribute the cooked minced meat over the sauce.
  • - Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top of the meat.
  • Bake the pizza:
  • - Place the assembled burrito pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are crispy.
  • Serve:
  • - Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious burrito pizza!
