Ingredients for the Custard:
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2.5 tablespoons of corn starch
- 7-8 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon of butter
- 1 package of cream
- 1 package of vanilla
- Baby biscuits
- Ready-made chocolate sauce for topping
Instructions:
- First, add all the ingredients (except the cream and vanilla) into a pot.
- Place the pot on the stove and stir continuously until it thickens.
- Once the custard is cooked, add the vanilla and butter, and stir until the butter melts. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- After the custard has cooled, add the cream and beat with a mixer. (This step is important as it makes the creamier texture more velvety.)
- Add the finely crumbled baby biscuits into the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the custard into bowls.
- Prepare the ready-made chocolate sauce as instructed on the package and pour it over the custard once it has cooled.
- Let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
