Raw Carob Chocolate:
Melt Cocoa Butter:Place the cocoa butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat.
Add Carob Powder: Gradually mix in the raw carob powder until fully combined and smooth.
Heat Plant-Based Milk:Warm the plant-based milk in a saucepan over low heat. Do not boil.
Combine Ingredients Slowly add the warm plant-based milk to the cocoa butter and carob mixture, stirring continuously until smooth.
Prepare Fruit/Berries:Wash and dry fruit or berries. Dip them into the chocolate mixture, coating them thoroughly.
Set Chocolate:Place the dipped fruit on a parchment-lined tray or plate. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until hardened.
Dark Chocolate with Coconut Oil:
Melt Chocolate:Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler). Stir until fully melted. Remove from heat.
Add Coconut Oil:Mix in the coconut oil until fully blended and smooth.
Prepare Fruit/Berries: Wash and dry fruit or berries. Dip them into the melted chocolate, coating them evenly.
Set Chocolate:Place the chocolate-coated fruit on a parchment-lined tray or plate. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until hardened.
