Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 2 Spoon or spatula for mixing
  • 3 Measuring Cups and Spoons:
  • 4 Baking tray
  • 5 Parchment paper
  • 6 Combi Cooker or air fryer
  • 7 Knife for chopping chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • - 1/3 cup vegan butter
  • - 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • - 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • - 1 flax egg 1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water
  • - 2 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • - 1 cup plain flour
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 bar vegan chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the butter, caster sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Add the flax egg and peanut butter, then mix again.
  • Add the plain flour and baking powder, and mix until a cookie dough forms.
  • Chop the chocolate into small chunks and fold them into the cookie dough.
  • Line the baking tray with parchment paper and roll the cookie dough into 4 balls.
  • Place the baking tray in the Combi Cooker air fryer at 180°C for 8 minutes on the bake setting.
