Simplest Recipe but So So Good! Rice Krispie Treats
Melt 90g butter and 300g marshmallows, then stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix with 4 1/4 cups Rice Krispies, press into a lined pan, and cool for an hour. Enjoy!

- 90g unsalted butter - 300g marshmallows - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 4 1/4 cups Rice Krispies or crispy rice cereal
Line a pan or Tupperware with parchment paper.
In a large pot, melt 90g of unsalted butter over medium heat.
Add 300g of marshmallows and keep whisking until completely melted.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Add 4 1/4 cups of Rice Krispies cereal and stir until evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press gently into an even layer.
Let cool at room temperature for at least an hour before cutting and serving.
