- Medjool dates - Marmalade - Orange zest - Dark chocolate
Slice the dates in half and remove the seeds.
Flatten each date half using the bottom of a glass.
Place a spoonful of melted dark chocolate onto greaseproof paper, forming small circles.
Top each chocolate circle with a bit of orange marmalade and a sprinkle of orange zest.
Place the flattened date on top of the marmalade and zest.
Refrigerate for a few hours until the chocolate sets.
Once set, remove from the fridge and enjoy. Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
