- - 200g chicken breast
- - BBQ seasoning
- - 3 bacon rashers
- - 100g fusili pasta
- - 100ml passata
- - 50g BBQ sauce
- - 50ml water
- - Lettuce
- - Onion
- - Cherry tomatoes
- - Yellow bell pepper
- - Cucumber
- - 30g 50% less fat cheddar cheese
Prepare Chicken and Bacon:
- Season 200g chicken breast with BBQ seasoning.
- Cook the seasoned chicken in a preheated air fryer at 180°C for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
- During the last 8 minutes of cooking, add 3 bacon rashers to the air fryer.
Prepare BBQ Sauce:
- In a pan, combine 100ml passata, 50g BBQ sauce, and additional BBQ seasoning to taste.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.
- Add 50ml water to the sauce and stir thoroughly.
Assemble Salad:
- Chop the cooked chicken and bacon into chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, sliced onion, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced yellow bell pepper, sliced cucumber, and 30g grated 50% less fat cheddar cheese.
- Add the BBQ chicken and bacon to the salad bowl.

- Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients.
