  • 4 organic lemons for the containers (the juice of 2 lemons goes in the cream)
  • 500 grams of fresh cream
  • 100 grams of sugar

  1. Open the lemons, remove the pulp, and cut the lemons to extract the juice.
  2. Put the cream and sugar on the heat and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the lemon juice and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Once the cream is ready, fill all the lemons and put them in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours, or in the freezer for 2 hours.
