Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley on top of the ranch dressing.
  5. Starting from one of the long sides, carefully roll up the dough into a tight log.
  6. Place the stromboli seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the top of the stromboli with a little olive oil and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let the stromboli cool for a few minutes before slicing into thick pieces.
