Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower head
1/2 cup melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Italian or plain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into evenly sized florets.
