Ingredients:
- 3 cups of rice
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- Half a bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint
- Citric acid or pomegranate molasses
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash the rice.
- Finely chop the onions, garlic, parsley, and tomatoes, or blend them in a food processor.
- Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Adjust the sourness to your taste using citric acid or pomegranate molasses.
- Add the spices and mix again.
