Mixed Dolma Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of rice
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried mint
  • Citric acid or pomegranate molasses

Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly wash the rice.
  2. Finely chop the onions, garlic, parsley, and tomatoes, or blend them in a food processor.
  3. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Adjust the sourness to your taste using citric acid or pomegranate molasses.
  5. Add the spices and mix again.

You can stuff the mixture into any vegetables you like. With this recipe, I make sarma (stuffed grape leaves), summer dolma, and dried dolma.
