Schnitzel Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Flour
- Egg
- Salt
- Gelatinous flour
Instructions for Schnitzel:
- Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces, coat with flour.
- Dip in beaten egg mixed with salt, then coat with gelatinous flour.
- Fry until golden brown.
Sides (Potatoes and Carrots):
- Boil potatoes and carrots until tender.
Asparagus:
- Trim the asparagus spears and boil for 10 minutes.
Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 1.5 tsp vegetable seasoning
- Some black pepper and paprika
Instructions for Sauce:
- Melt butter, sauté flour.
- Add cream, milk, vegetable seasoning, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Assembly:
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and schnitzel.
