I feel like Nandos is everyone’s favorite—it’s definitely a hit in my house—so I had to recreate something inspired by it. The result was unreal! Also, I just love homemade chips! Don’t you?

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
- 270g chicken breast
- 50g light halloumi
- 500g Maris Piper potatoes
- 50g Peri-peri lemon & herb sauce
- 30g Perinaise sauce
- Salad of choice
Method:
- Prepare the Chips:
- Peel and cut your potatoes into fries.
- Place them in your air fryer tray, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add a few sprays of low-calorie spray oil and give the chips a good shake.
- Cook in the air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Cut your chicken breast into chunks.
- Marinate the chunks with the lemon & herb peri-peri sauce.
- Cook in your air fryer at 190°C for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Cook the Halloumi:
- Fry your halloumi on each side for a few minutes until browned.
- Assemble the Salad:
- Plate everything up.
- Add a drizzle of Perinaise sauce over the top.
