Peach Raspberry Cheesecake

Presenting a delectable Peach Raspberry Cheesecake, brimming with fruity flavors and creamy richness! Ideal for any gathering, this dessert promises to delight your palate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of peach puree
  • 1/2 cup of raspberry puree
  • Fresh raspberries and peach slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the pan. Mix peach puree into the remaining mixture and pour it over the first layer.
  5. Dot the top with raspberry puree and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is nearly set.
  7. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Just before serving, adorn with fresh raspberries and peach slices. Enjoy!
