Ingredients:
For Peach Sauce:
- 4 peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- If peaches are not juicy, you can add half a cup of water.
For Cream:
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet instant pudding mix or whipped cream powder or 1 packet milk cream
- 1 packet baby biscuits
Preparation:
Preparation of Peach Sauce:
- Peel and dice the peaches, removing the pits.
- In a saucepan, combine peaches, granulated sugar, and cinnamon (if desired). If peaches are not juicy, add half a cup of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 12-15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Preparation of Cream:
- In another saucepan, mix milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, flour, and vanilla sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
- Once cooked and slightly cooled, add 200 ml of cream or powdered whipped cream (prepared according to package instructions) and mix well.
Assembly of Magnolia:
- Divide crushed baby biscuits into cups. Layer with the prepared cream mixture. Alternate layers of cream and biscuits, finishing with a layer of biscuits.
- Once the cream has completely cooled, add the peach sauce on top.
Serving:
- Chill the magnolia thoroughly in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy your meal!
