Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
