Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • Put the strawberries, water, and maple/agave syrup into a blender and mix until smooth.
    • Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the chia seeds and stir to combine.
    • Let the mixture set in the fridge while you make the crusts.
  2. Make the Crusts:
    • Mix all the ingredients for the crusts together in a bowl.
    • Divide the dough into 7-8 parts and press them evenly into a greased muffin pan (or use muffin liners). You can also use tart moulds if you have them.
