  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Water (to dilute the paste)
  • Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Toppings:

  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced sausage or salami
  • Olives
  • Corn
  • Red bell pepper
  • Green bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
  • Mix all ingredients except for the flour and salt.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt, kneading until you have a soft, non-sticky dough.
  • Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.

  • Roll out the risen dough with a rolling pin.
  • Use a glass to cut the dough into round portions.
  1. Prepare the Sauce:
  • Mix the tomato paste with water to achieve a spreadable consistency.
  • Add oregano and vegetable oil to the sauce.

  • Spread the sauce over each dough round.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
