Dessert Bueno Hyper Gourmand

To make this delicious and indulgent dessert, you will need:

  • 250g of mascarpone
  • 250g of heavy cream
  • Hazelnut and white chocolate paste (Lucien Gorgelin)
  • 100g of butter
  • About 200g of dry biscuits
  • Chocolate spread

Instructions:

  1. Crush the dry biscuits with a mortar. You can also blend them. Pour in the melted butter and mix with a spoon.
  2. Pour a small amount of biscuits into the bottom of wine glasses. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of chocolate spread over the biscuits.

For the Bueno Cream:

  1. In a well-chilled bowl, pour the mascarpone, heavy cream, and hazelnut paste. Whip well until you obtain a thick and creamy consistency.
  2. Place this cream in a pastry bag fitted with a fluted tip (I used an XXL tip), then pipe it into the glasses. Add another layer of biscuits, a bit of chocolate spread, and then pipe another layer of the Bueno cream.
