Instructions:
- Prepare the Custard:
- In a large pot, combine the milk, flour, starch, egg, and sugar. Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Place the pot on the stove over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture begins to boil and thickens.
- Once the custard has thickened, remove it from the heat. Add the vanilla and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then use a blender to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Whip the Cream:
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it reaches a consistency similar to whipped cream.
- Fold the whipped cream into the custard and mix well until fully combined.
- Prepare the Biscuits and Strawberries:
- Crush the Burçak biscuits using a blender until they form fine crumbs.
- Slice the strawberries.

- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
