I made these for lunch and they were so, so good! My favourite meal is bolognese, so it’s only right I try it on everything This was so quick & easy to do as well, which is such a bonus!

Ingredients
- 1 flatbread (I used the protein ones)
- 80g 5% lean steak mince
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tsp onion granules, garlic granules, and mixed herbs
- 100ml passata
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 1 beef stock cube
- Salt & pepper
- 30g 50% less fat cheddar cheese
Method
- Fry the onions in low-calorie spray for a few minutes until softened.
- Add the mince and cook thoroughly.
- Add the rest of the ingredients along with 100ml of boiling water. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water evaporates.
- Spread your bolognese onto the flatbread and sprinkle over your cheese.
- Pop it into your preheated air fryer at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.
