Delicious and Easy Bolognese Flatbread Recipe

I made these for lunch and they were so, so good! My favourite meal is bolognese, so it’s only right I try it on everything This was so quick & easy to do as well, which is such a bonus!

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread (I used the protein ones)
  • 80g 5% lean steak mince
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 tsp onion granules, garlic granules, and mixed herbs
  • 100ml passata
  • 1 tsp tomato puree
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • Salt & pepper
  • 30g 50% less fat cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Fry the onions in low-calorie spray for a few minutes until softened.
  2. Add the mince and cook thoroughly.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients along with 100ml of boiling water. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water evaporates.
  4. Spread your bolognese onto the flatbread and sprinkle over your cheese.
  5. Pop it into your preheated air fryer at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.
