Chickpea and Green Lentil Stew with Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups green lentils

Instructions:

  1. Preparation of Lentils:
  • Rinse the green lentils and place them in a pot.
  • Cover with water and pre-cook for about 6 minutes to remove bitterness.
  • Drain and set aside.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
