Chicken Patties

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken and Parsley: Finely chop the chicken breasts and parsley in a food processor.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: Place the chopped chicken and parsley into a mixing bowl. Add the bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, red pepper powder, diced bell pepper, diced green chili peppers, diced red onion, and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly by hand until well combined.
  3. Chill the Mixture: Cover the mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Form the Patties: After 1 hour, take portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.
  5. Cook the Patties: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
