No bake brownie bites – stock up your fridge with these healthy protein packed balls of chocolatey goodness. They’re fudgy, soft and sweet but gluten, dairy and refined sugar free! With a base of buttery pecans, squidgy medjool dates and rich cacao, every bite is a chocolatey dream!

Brownie bites

– 1.5 cups pecans
– 10 medjool dates, pitted
– 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Drizzle

– 1/4 cup choc chips
– 2 tsp coconut oil

Add pecans to a blender and process until fine and crumbly. Add in dates, cacao, peanut butter, sea salt and vanilla and process until everything is evenly combined. It should stick together easily in your hands, add a tbsp of water if not and blend again until it sticks together. Stir through the chocolate chips and roll into balls.
Melt choc chips and coconut oil together in a bain marie until smooth and runny. Drizzle over the balls and chill until set. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
