A Delightful Dessert with Just Two Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pack of milk chocolate
  • Cocoa for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bananas: Start by peeling and chopping the bananas into small pieces. Place the banana pieces into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: While the bananas are blending, melt the milk chocolate using the double boiler method. To do this, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Combine and Blend: Pour the melted chocolate into the blender with the banana puree. Blend the mixture again until the chocolate is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Freeze: Transfer the blended mixture into a container lined with plastic wrap or into a silicone ice cube tray. Smooth the surface with a spatula. Cover and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until the dessert is firm.
  5. Serve: Once the dessert is frozen, remove it from the container. If using a silicone ice cube tray, simply pop the frozen pieces out. Sift a light dusting of cocoa powder over the top of each piece before serving.
