Ingredients you need

(This recipe makes 2 servings)

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • A few sprays of fry light
  • Salad of choice (I used lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion)
  • 40ml Caesar dressing

Method:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  • Mix the flour and seasonings (garlic granules, onion granules, basil, and paprika) in a bowl.
  • Butterfly cut the chicken breast to create more surface area for seasoning. This also helps the chicken cook more evenly. Coat the chicken thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
  1. Cook the Chicken:
  • Place the seasoned chicken in your air fryer and spray lightly with fry light. Cook at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, chop your salad ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion) and set them aside.
  1. Assemble the Flatbreads:
  • Lay out the flatbreads and distribute the chopped salad evenly over them.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips and place them on top of the salad on each flatbread.
  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the top to finish.

And that’s it! A quick, easy, and delicious meal perfect for any sunny day. Enjoy your Chicken Caesar flatbreads!
