Ingredients you need
(This recipe makes 2 servings)
- 200g chicken breast
- 2 flatbreads
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 tsp paprika
- A few sprays of fry light
- Salad of choice (I used lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion)
- 40ml Caesar dressing
Method:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Mix the flour and seasonings (garlic granules, onion granules, basil, and paprika) in a bowl.
- Butterfly cut the chicken breast to create more surface area for seasoning. This also helps the chicken cook more evenly. Coat the chicken thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Place the seasoned chicken in your air fryer and spray lightly with fry light. Cook at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop your salad ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion) and set them aside.
- Assemble the Flatbreads:
- Lay out the flatbreads and distribute the chopped salad evenly over them.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips and place them on top of the salad on each flatbread.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the top to finish.
And that’s it! A quick, easy, and delicious meal perfect for any sunny day. Enjoy your Chicken Caesar flatbreads!
