Ingredients:
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Sharp white cheddar, shredded
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 package ranch seasoning
- Pepperoni slices
Instructions:
- Preheat the Smoker: Set your smoker to 375°F.
- Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned.
- Prepare the Mixture: Reduce the heat to medium. Add the cream cheese, marinara sauce, sour cream, a generous amount of shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, and ranch seasoning to the sausage. Stir well until the cream cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Smoke the Dip: Place the baking dish in the smoker and cook for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melty.
