Cheesy Pepperoni Sausage Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Sharp white cheddar, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 package ranch seasoning
  • Pepperoni slices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Smoker: Set your smoker to 375°F.
  2. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned.
  3. Prepare the Mixture: Reduce the heat to medium. Add the cream cheese, marinara sauce, sour cream, a generous amount of shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, and ranch seasoning to the sausage. Stir well until the cream cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
  4. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese and pepperoni slices.
  5. Smoke the Dip: Place the baking dish in the smoker and cook for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melty.

Oven Instructions:
