This is a wonderful recipe for Cheesecake Graham Cracker Cups! These mini cheesecakes are perfect for any occasion – creamy, delicious, and very satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Fresh berries for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the cupcake liners.
