Delicious Magnolia Dessert Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Custard:
  • In a large pot, combine the milk, flour, starch, egg, and sugar. Stir the mixture until smooth.
  • Place the pot on the stove over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture begins to boil and thickens.
  • Once the custard has thickened, remove it from the heat. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then use a blender to achieve a smooth consistency.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it reaches a consistency similar to whipped cream.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the custard and mix well until fully combined.

  • Crush the Burçak biscuits using a blender until they form fine crumbs.
  • Slice the strawberries.

  • In serving cups, start with a layer of biscuit crumbs.
  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  • Pour a layer of the prepared custard over the strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of biscuit crumbs on top.

  • Place the assembled desserts in the refrigerator to chill for at least a few hours or until set.
