- 1/2 cup water

1. Prepare the Potatoes:
- Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them until tender, then drain well.
- Toss the cooked potatoes with butter, chopped dill, and salt. Allow to cool in the refrigerator until firm.

- Divide the potato mixture into four equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and flatten with your fingers to create a bowl-like shape.
