- Salt, pepper, paprika powder, grilling spice, garlic powder, 0.8 teaspoon each
- Liquid honey, 2 teaspoons
- Oil and butter for frying
Ingredients – Vegetables
- Small potatoes, 900 grams
- Carrots, 2 pieces
- Yellow onions, 2 pieces
- Mushrooms, 250 grams
- Fresh thyme
Ingredients – Sauce
- Chicken/vegetable bouillon, 2 cubes (dissolved in 5 dl hot water)
- Tomato paste, 1.5 tablespoons
- Pressed garlic cloves, 5 pieces
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder, vegeta, 0.8 teaspoon each
- Liquid honey, 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash, clean, and marinate the chicken fillets. Cut the potatoes in halves, slice the onions, and carrots.
- Place the potatoes, carrots, and onions in an oven pan. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour it over the vegetables. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
