- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- 50g plain flour
- 1 brioche bun
- 20g grated parmesan
- 3 tbsp Caesar sauce
- 1 rasher bacon

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Coat the chicken breast in flour, then dip it in the beaten egg.
- Prepare the Coating:
- In a freezer bag, combine the cornflakes, smoked paprika, garlic granules, Italian herbs, onion granules, salt, pepper, and half of the grated parmesan. Crush the mixture until fine.
- Coat the Chicken:
- Add the chicken breast to the bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly with the cornflake mixture. This can also be done in a bowl, but the bag method is less messy.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Place the coated chicken breast in an air fryer and cook at 190°C for 20 minutes, spraying with oil and turning halfway through the cooking time. Add the bacon to the air fryer for the last 10 minutes and cook until crispy.
- Prepare the Lettuce:
- Slice the lettuce and mix with half of the Caesar sauce.
- Assemble the Burger:
- Once the chicken is cooked, start by layering the lettuce mixture on the bottom half of the brioche bun. Follow with the remaining parmesan, the cooked chicken breast, the crispy bacon, and the remaining Caesar sauce. Place the top half of the brioche bun on top.
- Serve:
- Serve the Chicken Caesar Burger with a side of chips and a fresh salad for a complete and satisfying summer meal.
