- 1 onion

- 300 grams of green beans
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A little black pepper and red pepper
- 1 sugar cube
- 400 ml water
🥕 Instructions:
- First, finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Heat some olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until they are golden brown.
- Add the tomato paste and pepper paste to the pot, stirring well to combine, and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- Peel and chop the potatoes and carrot, then add them to the pot along with the green beans. Stir everything together and let it cook for a few more minutes.
- Pour in the water, lemon juice, and add the sugar cube. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper to taste.
