  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 300 grams of green beans
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • A little black pepper and red pepper
  • 1 sugar cube

🥕 Instructions:

  1. First, finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until they are golden brown.
  3. Add the tomato paste and pepper paste to the pot, stirring well to combine, and continue to cook for a few minutes.
  4. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrot, then add them to the pot along with the green beans. Stir everything together and let it cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Pour in the water, lemon juice, and add the sugar cube. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper to taste.
