Ingredients:

For Peach Sauce:

  • 4 peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • If peaches are not juicy, you can add half a cup of water.

For Cream:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet instant pudding mix or whipped cream powder or 1 packet milk cream
  • 1 packet baby biscuits

Preparation:

Preparation of Peach Sauce:

  • Peel and dice the peaches, removing the pits.
  • In a saucepan, combine peaches, granulated sugar, and cinnamon (if desired). If peaches are not juicy, add half a cup of water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 12-15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Preparation of Cream:

  • In another saucepan, mix milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, flour, and vanilla sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  • Once cooked and slightly cooled, add 200 ml of cream or powdered whipped cream (prepared according to package instructions) and mix well.

Assembly of Magnolia:

  • Divide crushed baby biscuits into cups. Layer with the prepared cream mixture. Alternate layers of cream and biscuits, finishing with a layer of biscuits.
  • Once the cream has completely cooled, add the peach sauce on top.

Serving:

  • Chill the magnolia thoroughly in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy your meal!
