Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of peach puree
- 1/2 cup of raspberry puree
- Fresh raspberries and peach slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the pan. Mix peach puree into the remaining mixture and pour it over the first layer.
- Dot the top with raspberry puree and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is nearly set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
