This Ice Cream Dessert is a delightful and visually impressive treat that mimics the appearance of spaghetti. Perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a special dessert at home, this recipe combines a creamy base with a sweet strawberry sauce and a touch of white chocolate.

Recipe:

For the Strawberry Sauce:

  • 300 grams strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

For the Cream:

  • 2 packs of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stabilizer
  • 150 grams labneh
  • 500 grams mascarpone
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 packs of vanilla

Other Ingredients:

  • 7-10 ladyfinger biscuits

Preparation:

  1. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, labneh, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream with a spatula.
  2. Dip the ladyfinger biscuits in milk and place them in glasses. Pipe the cream mixture over the biscuits.
  3. For the strawberry sauce, blend strawberries, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. Pour over the cream.
  4. Grate white chocolate on top.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
