Recipe:
For the Strawberry Sauce:
- 300 grams strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
For the Cream:
- 2 packs of cream
- 2 packs of cream stabilizer
- 150 grams labneh
- 500 grams mascarpone
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 packs of vanilla
Other Ingredients:
- 7-10 ladyfinger biscuits
Preparation:
- Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, labneh, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream with a spatula.
- Dip the ladyfinger biscuits in milk and place them in glasses. Pipe the cream mixture over the biscuits.
