Ingredients:
- 500g potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4-5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt/pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 5 tbsp vegetable broth
- 75g lamb’s lettuce
Preparation:
- Peel, wash, and cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
