- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced

- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Coat the shrimp evenly with blackening seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp until opaque, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, followed by avocado slices, diced mango, shredded cabbage, and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the tacos and season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
